Fixed Route Service
Providing General Public Transportation in Hutchinson and South Hutchinson along specific routes. Wave and ride service Monday-Friday
Reminders for a successful trip:
- Please stand at the "far side" of the intersection along the route. (Curbside)
- Check the map for routes and to see if a transfer will be necessary.
- Allow up to one hour to reach your destination.
- Allow time for picking up/dropping off other passengers.
- Be prepared for delays due to traffic, bad weather and the unexpected.
- On return trips, be at the stop early. Better to wait a few minutes than miss the bus.
- Passengers are allowed to have only as many packages as they can reasonably carry in one trip.

Paratransit Service
Complimentary door-to-door service based on mobility or cognitive need in Hutchinson and South Hutchinson. Monday-Friday Eligibility requirements. Detailed information and guidelines can be obtained at 120 W Avenue B. Questions? Please call 620-694-2913.
General Public Demand Response Service/Specialized Service
Monday-Friday and Saturday. Demand Response is a call-in service that provides door to door service to the Hutchinson and South Hutchinson community. Rides may be scheduled up to seven (7) days in advance, next day, same day if the schedule is open. One way trip scheduling. $2.00 fare/per trip. If return trip is needed, scheduling the return trip is required. $2.00 fare/per trip. Exact fare must be paid in cash or by tickets. Drivers can not make change. Questions? Please call 620-694-2913.
Specialized Transportation Service-County Route on Demand
Providing General Public Transportation for all rural communities of Reno County. Trips may be scheduled up to seven (7) days in advance. Rcat will make every reasonable effort to provide Next Day Service if the schedule is open. Detailed information and guidelines can be obtained at 120 W Avenue B.
