NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will commence at the Reno County Public Works Facility located at 600 Scott Blvd., South Hutchinson, KS 67505 commencing at 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
At the above time and place, the Reno County Planning Commission will consider Case Number 2020-01 a request by the Reno County Planning Commission to amend the jurisdiction of the Official Zoning District Boundary Map as identified in Article 1-103 of the Reno County Zoning Regulations.
The proposed amendment to the jurisdiction of the Official Zoning District Boundary Map is to expand the Reno County Zoning and Subdivision Regulations to an area of southeast Reno County that is currently unzoned. The proposed amendment to Article 1-103 is generally described as that portion of land currently unzoned and located in Section 36 of T25S, R5W; that portion of land currently unzoned and located Sections 31 and 32 of T25S, R4W; all land located in Sections 33-36 inclusive of T25S, R4W; that portion of land currently unzoned and located in Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 14, 15, 23, 26, and 35 of T26S, R4W; and all land in Sections 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 24, 25, and 36 of T26S, R4W.
The proposed amendment to the Official Zoning District Boundary Map is available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Reno County Public Works Facility located at 600 Scott Blvd., South Hutchinson, KS 67505.
All interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing listed above. The public hearing, once commenced, may be continued by the Planning Commission to a later date and time if deemed necessary.
