Whether you are experiencing a pregnancy for the first time or the fourth time, each experience is different and can create new challenges and concerns. Come learn and earn free items for your new baby through our “Bump to Baby” class with other expecting mothers!

Session 1 (PDF): Prenatal Care: What to expect from your prenatal care - Ask questions and get the answers to all of your concerns.


Session 2 (PDF): Pregnancy Health: Learn how stress, certain foods and many other things can affect your pregnancy.


Session 3 (PDF): Signs and Symptoms of Preterm Labor/Labor and Delivery/Why the last weeks of pregnancy matter.


Session 4 (PDF): Infant Feeding/Breastfeeding Basics: What to expect and how to overcome problems with breastfeeding (even for the experienced breastfeeding mom).


Session 5 (PDF): Infant Care/Happiest Baby on the Block/Period of Purple Crying/SIDS Risk Reduction.


Session 6 (PDF): Postpartum Recovery/Interconception Health: Regaining Health between Pregnancies.


Classes are based on the March of Dimes Becoming A Mom/Comenzando bien curriculum and are part of Reno County's Bump to Baby program.
