Did you know? The typical woman consumes 24 teaspoons of Added Sugar every day. There are many sources of added sugar that are unnecessary in our foods. As part of National Public Health Week, Reno County Health Department invites you take a look at where you might be eating added sugar…salad dressings, peanut butter, and coffee creamer are a few unusual suspects. The purpose of this challenge is for you to become more aware of the added sugar you consume and begin trying healthier foods.
