Nurse Clinic Services Include:

Reduced (Sliding Scale) fees available, based on income, with no one denied service due to inability to pay.
Blood Pressure Monitoring
Blood Sugar
Hemoglobin
Colorectal
Urine screenings
Pregnancy testing and consultation
Lice screening and information
Immunizations for children and adults
International travel vaccines and information
Tuberculosis medication and follow-up
Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment
HIV testing and Counseling
Communicable disease investigation
Hepatitis prevention and follow-up

Clinic Services are provided by appointment on:

Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM
Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM
Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM

A class for prospective child care providers will be held on Thursday, October 7th at 3:15 pm. For more information or to register, call Nancy Gay at 694-2900. This class is for adults only and there is a $20.00 registration fee. The next class will be held on November 4th.
