    The terminal is located on the fourth floor of the District Court Clerk's office.

  2. What hours are the public access terminals available?
    8:00am - Noon and 1:00 - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday excluding Holidays

    Cases can be accessed by party name or by case number.

  4. What information is available on the public access terminals?
    For civil and criminal cases, the following information is available on the public access terminals: party names, case filings, document filings, court payments, criminal charges, and court dates.

  5. How far back do the computer records go?
    Criminal records go back to 1992, and civil records go back to 1992. Payments go back to April 2003.

  6. Are the records available on the internet?
    You may pay per record or subscribe and view the Kansas District Court records at https://www.accesskansas.org/countyCourts/ . Reno County records go back to April 2003.

  7. How do I request copies of records by mail?
    All record search requests require an upfront fee for the request. Provide case number.

  8. What are the fees for record requests, copies, certifications, etc.?
    Record Request - $12.00 per hour
    Copies - $ .25 (cents) per page
    Certifications - $1.00 per certification
    Requests for cases that have been stored in Underground Vaults and Storage are $25.00.
